Ice!

We may have ourselves a new winter pastime! The boys had great fun ice-skating for the first time. We thought they might last 30 minutes or so; instead we skated for nearly 2 hours. Next up: skiing!

Thankful

And we're so very thankful for both our boys.

A good weekend!

Temps were in the 60s. No one was feverish. And, most importantly, the boys slept in past 6am both days. It's sad that we deem 6am wake-ups luxurious around here ... but given that at least one boy has been up well before 5am for the past two weekends, we'll take it!

Alex: Uuummmm ... ketchup. And ... milk.
Me: Excellent.

Me: [reading a book] Oh no! Where did that itsy-bitsy spider land?
Alex: In the big underpants. [Giggle]. Mama?
Me: Yes?
Alex: You wear big underpants?
Me: Um ...

Owen: I can't get this apart.
Alex: It's okay, GeGe. You do it when you be three!
